Brief History

In 2009, Ronald J. McFarlane, founded Sonshine Family Worship Center, a church of Sonshine Family Ministries, Inc. His son, Orlando McFarlane, serves alongside him as Pastor, creating a powerful duo of servanthood and dedication to God's work by the Holy Spirit. 

What We Believe

  • We believe in creation.
  • We believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God.
  • We believe in one God, but in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
  • We believe in the Second Coming of Jesus. 
  • We believe that sin is anything that is contrary to the law or will of God.
  • We believe that salvation is the "saving" of a sinner from the righteous judgment of God.
  • We believe in sanctification and justification.
  • We believe in the ordinances of the Lord's Supper and Baptism.
